HEC sponsored Indigenous On-campus Training Workshop: Management Skills for Administrators (October 27-31, 2014)

The 2nd HEC sponsored Indigenous On-campus Training workshop on Management Skills for Administrators has been organized at PIEAS. This five-day workshop will start on 27th October 2014. Everyday three sessions of one & half hour will be conducted. The agenda of this workshop will include: Time Management, Motivation Skills, Leadership in R & D institute, Strategic Planning Skills, PC-1 Formulation, Attainment of Academic Excellence, Project Planning and Management, Action Planning, Career Planning and Development, Organizing Skills, Conflict Handling, What HR wants, Conflict Management etc.
