Following individuals have been declared defaulters for not fulfilling their bond obligation and failing to rejoin the university after completing their higher studies funded by the University.

Zeeshan Aslam
|
Mr. Zeeshan Aslam was awarded PhD scholarship under Faculty Development Program (FDP) of PIEAS funded by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. He proceeded to Australia for PhD on October 03, 2009 and as per his surety bond signed with PIEAS, he had to come back and join PIEAS as a faculty member after completion of his studies. Upon completion of his PhD degree, Mr. Zeeshan Aslam extended his stay illegally and even after a lapse of about 10 years from the date of his departure, he failed to join back at PIEAS.
Departmental Accounts Committee (DAC) directives can be read as: "Institute management to recover the amount from scholar and blacklist the name of scholar on Institute as well as HEC Website".
The recovery suit of PIEAS against Mr. Zeeshan Aslam amounting to Rs.11.324 Million has been decreed ex-party by the honorable court in favor of PIEAS and an execution petition has now been filed whose proceedings are in process.
As per the DAC directives referred above, Mr. Zeeshan Aslam is hereby declared as Black-Listed and his name and details are displayed here on PIEAS website.
